SHIPPING: Our standard processing time in house is a minimum of 4 business days.

You also have the options of:

·2 Day Express (USPS Express)

·Overnight - (UPS Next Day Air). Overnight delivery does not include Saturday delivery.

If you need your order within a specified time frame we suggest choosing 2 day express or overnight processing.

Orders that are considered, "overnight, or expedited shipping of any type" will be processed and shipped the following business day. Most orders are shipped Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service, with Saturday Delivery included.

We understand how disappointing it is to receive your items damaged. It is our responsibility to make sure your order is complete and perfect prior to it leaving our warehouse. It is the responsibility of the postal service to deliver your package to you.

Since we have no control of your order once it leaves our warehouse we currently offer an insurance option that can be purchased at the time of checkout. We encourage you to purchase the insurance option. Purchasing this option gives you the ability to make a claim with the postal service and arrange to have your money refunded if your package is damaged, lost or stolen. Please understand that without this insurance the postal service will not process any claims.

When purchased, the Shipping Insurance will be labeled "Gift Wrap" however, SYT does recognize this line item as "Shipping Insurance."

If you are shipping outside of the United States, we want to make you aware that your country may place a customs, duty, or VAT charge to your package. This fee is not included in your shipping charge but will need to be paid prior to receiving your package. Unfortunately, we do not know, nor do we have a way to find out, if you will incur these charges.

If the cost of shipping your package exceeds the amount charged for shipping then the difference between amount charged for shipping versus ACTUAL cost of shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Out of Stock/Back Orders:
We do our best to ensure that the products shown for ordering on this site are available for shipping. However, out of stock conditions do occasionally exist.

If you order items that are currently not in stock, we will use our best judgment on ETA of those items from the vendor to make a decision. We will then (1)determine whether to wait for those items to arrive so that your order will be able to ship complete, (2)cancel the items that aren't available and refund your money or (3)process a partial order of the in stock items. Out of stock items will then be sent as a separate shipment once they become available. No additional shipping charges will apply.

If an item is on back-order from the vendor, the item will be removed from the order and the total adjusted accordingly.
